This locomotive is believed to be R & W Hawthorn, Leslie No.2918 0-4-0ST 'Pony' built in 1912. I photographed it at Peak Rail, Rowsley on the 5th of November 2016 - I identified it online at the time but when I came to add it to my website (in 2022) I cannot now find the source of information but several locomotives were being transfered to and from Tyseley arround that time.
