Built by British Railways Swindon Works (04/59) 0-6-0DM Class 03 No. D2041 at the Colne Valley Railway, Castle Hedingham on the 17th of June 2017. This locomotive was withdrawn from B.R. service before the advent of TOPS renumbering to 03041 could take place.
