No.388 - an ex Taff Valley Railway 'A' Class 0-6-2T built by Hawthorn Leslie in 1921 as TVR No.402 at Swindon c.1955 - exact date and Photographer is unknown

Ex. G.W.R. 0-4-2T No. 5808. This locomotive had the distinction of being the first of the class to be withdrawn in February 1957. The '5800' class was similar to the '1400' ('4800') class but without push-pull equipment. Photographer unknown.
